Postpartum motivation

Hey guys! What got you motivated to get your body back? I'm struggling. I do not eat terribly. I splurge every once in a while. As in, a pizza night or something. Not sitting down and eating a whole box or bag of something.

Medically I am fine. I am not a lazy person either. I have a go go go personality. But I am just so.... blah.... I have no motivation to do anything. I have days when I get everything accomplished, but then the next three days I am back to blah. I'm at 189lbs currently and I would like to get down to 140 again without being miserable the whole time. Any tips?
