How did you bring up ppd with your doc?
I know I have ppd and I need help I’m just so scared to ask for help and have no idea how to bring it up. I tried telling my husband I need help but he has no idea how to help me and just says well call the doc. But I don’t even know where to begin how to tell him everything I’m feeling
