YouTube all the way,start very light,some tinted moisturizer,a lip gloss and mascara,that's what I wore when I first started wearing makeup,but I strongly recommend YouTube,theor tutorials for everything

My best advice is tutorials and practice. 
•You learn a lot from watching, look up tutorials on youtube. it’s best to start with things like “everyday makeup routine” or something simple. 
•I’d try for more natural, easy things to begin with. Maybe a tinted moisturizer instead of a foundation. 
•Primer is your new best friend. 
•A good skin care routine goes a long way. 
•Good quality makeup means nothing if you have bad quality applicators. 
•If you’re buying at a makeup store, ask for the advice of the workers, what they suggest for beginners.
