What's going on with my temps?

My temps don't seem to show ovulation. Could this be my body adjusting from stopping birth  control?

Glow detects a 0.4 degree rise in temp and thinks it is 1 DPO. I don't think you have ovulated yet. Try to take your temp at the same time every morning before you get out of bed to avoid wide fluctuations. OPKs help too.
