That is completely natural. In fact a lot of ladies don't even realize that they're pregnant at 6 weeks. Around 12 weeks is an average stage for people to show, but every single pregnancy is different for example I just now started to show at 31 weeks. All I can say is enjoy being tiny for as long as you can.

At 6 weeks i wasn't bloated either lol i didn't even know i was pregnant. I didn't actually start getting bloated until 8-10 weeks . I'm 18 weeks today :)
