Traveling with a 3 week old??

So, Im currently 30 weeks pregnant.

My family has sprung out that we are going to Michigan (I'm from Georgia) to see family members and to celebrate then going to Wisconsin to get my mom's husband's mother and bring her back to Georgia.

By the time this all happens my son will be anywhere from 2 weeks to 4 weeks and I'm wondering how well this will all play out.

I won't be working at this time so that's not an issue but I'm just concerned if it'd be okay
