Yes, it's not a problem at all. 
The acidity can upset the stomach, so that is a possibility.
Also, make sure it's the least amount of sugar in the juice possible- sugary juice will make the uti worse. 
That's all info from the nurse at my docs office on call.
Cranberry pills do well too. Plus, I took them after/during my uti and they helped me avoid a yeast infection that was trying to happen from the antibiotics. The higher acidity can help raise ph and stop yeast :)

I would look at the site to be sure. If it's not s list of over 5 items google it. I know calcium, antacid, wheat, fiber, dairy shouldn't be eaten within 1-2h of the iron.

Make sure you take your iron depart from prenatal if the supplements are separate. Ex. My prenatal has iron in it, I'm anemic so I have to take more iron, I was told to take one in the morning and one at night. Also look at mayo clinic and they have a whole list of things you shouldn't take with iron as it prevents your body from absorbing it.
