Amniotic fluid leak? HELP

Okay so my sister is a L&D nurse but if anyone has had their water break or leak let me know. 
I was swimming and it felt like I peed myself a little bit. I know I didn’t because I just peed. My vagina just keeps feeling wet and wet and wet. I put my finger up there (I know a no-no) but it wasn’t coming out on a panty liner. It was so wet up there and it was watery clear and smelled like nothing. I had already showered. Hubby and I had sex yesterday so I don’t think it would affect me this late? I still keep feeling like that feeling when you are about to start your period but nothing is coming fully out. I don’t know this is weird and not normal for me. My sister told me to just wait a little while and if it keeps happening to call in. Has anyone had anything like this please let me know!

It could totally be pee even if it happens right after peeing and it could be extra discharge.  This is exactly how I felt with my first pregnancy and I swore it was my water leaking so I went in and sure enough it was just pee and discharge.

I had something similar happen when I was 23 weeks. When in doubt, call your doctor/nurses! They would tell you the same thing! Better safe then sorry!

I had a scare around 26 weeks I believe where I thought I was leaking fluid. I felt constantly wet and had some wet spots on my underwear. I called the hospital and the midwife said to put on a pad and lay down for half an hour and if it's fluid it should be noticeable when I stand up. I ended up having a swab to test for fluid two weeks later and it came back negative. So it can very well be extra discharge or just leaking a bit of pee (even though you just went to the toilet). If it keeps concerning you just call and let them know and they can easily find out what it is.

With my first pregnancy, when my water was breaking and what actually woke me up from a dead sleep was the feeling that I was about to get my period. Just felt like something was ready to flow out. I felt a “pop” tho and It was a very slow leak. I called 2 hours later bc it didn’t stop and went to get swabbed and it was indeed fluid. Def call and get checked! Better to be safe and just do it rather than wait bc if it is your water the Dr needs to know and it will give you peace of mind. Good luck!

I had this with my first and my water broke.  Doc said it was a slow trickle which is why I had no idea but the period like cramps gave it away.  
Go get checked!
