Instead of milk
Hi i tried living vegan for seven days it was ok but I couldn’t do it in this family
But I want to drop dairy to lower estrogen cause I’m not a girl
And I’m wondering do I need to take any other things like tablets other food groups
And what are products that sneakily have milk
Just felt this was the place to ask since y’all are vegan and know how to vegan uwu🌿
