Pediatrician Help!

So this whole pregnancy I’ve pretty much been on top of getting everything out of the way when needed. I figured why not get an idea with what I need to do with getting a Pediatrician set up too!

My question is, soon to be second/third/etc. and/or even first time moms, when is it appropriate to start setting your baby up with a pediatrician?

My baby is due August 13th (hopefully not anytime sooner seeing I have to be in my cousins wedding July 27th!)

I do have a pediatrician already in mind of where I would wanna go. Just didn’t know when I should start calling in case they are booked up.
