Zantac twice a day. I immediately got heartburn when I first realized I was pregnant. First semester was terrible, but i still get it at 20 weeks. Doctor said it’s perfectly fine.

Believe it or not, dill pickles have been working for me!
You can also take tums and some other OTC heartburn meds, and if it gets really bad they can write you a prescription. Check with your OB to see what is safe
