Vbac or Repeat C-section

How did you decide between having a vbac or repeat csection? I'm having the absolute hardest time figuring it out. Most of this pregnancy I've said I'm just going to do another c-section but then every now and then I start thinking about it again. The downside to a vbac is I'm from a small town and my hospital doesn't do vbacs so I would have to go over an hour away to give birth and it may be hard to find someone to watch my 15 month old if i went into labor in the middle of the week. Part of me feels like I'll be missing out if I have another c-section but then I've also never wanted to have a vaginal birth until recently. I honestly wish my doctor could just make this decision for me. The 2 people I normally talk to about stuff aren't helping my decision. My husband doesn't care either way and my mom says just do a c-section because she had 4. It's so hard to decide 🙃

Update: My first c-section was due to my daughter being frank breech.
