Judge tells breast feeding mother he will take the child of she shows up to court with it again,

As someone from NC, in my old jurisdiction.. they didn't allow children in the courtroom.. they'd let it slide for children that weren't disruptive during a court hearing.. However, if the child made as much of a peep during a hearing the judge would have the child and parent of the child removed immediately.
Now clearly this judge stated: no children under the age of 12 is allowed in his courtroom.. and the next time she brings her child he'd take the child and hold her in contempt.
However, this woman feels discriminated against because she was breastfeeding.. which yes.. it's true, in NC you can breastfeed anywhere.. but there are places children and infants aren't allowed.
Like if a breastfeeding mother went into a strip club.. and was breastfeeding it and was told to take the baby outside.. would this person still be saying "I'm allowed to breastfeed anywhere I want" or would they see that a strip club is just not the place for a child to be and understand that they have rules that children can't be there 🤷
Should the judge be more lenient with their ruling? Was the judge discriminating against the breastfeeding mother? Do you think there should be exceptions to these rules? Are courtrooms against breastfeeding mother's?
