Has anyone else’s sleep pattern changed recently? Tell me I’m not the only one!
I’m 29+ weeks and for the last week or so I’ve noticed my sleep getting worse.
I find it difficult to sleep all the way through the night now and I’m waking up 4/5 times a night daily. It’s mainly due to needing to change positions or go to the bathroom.
Honestly, I was expecting to need to go to the toilet more but wasn’t counting on waking up so much for comfort, or lack there of it! I thought the real restlessness would start much later on, maybe 36 weeks-ish?
I’ve tried putting a pillow under my bump which helps me initially fall to sleep but I still wake up in the night and need to turn over, which happens multiple times 😩 I’m exhausted and feeling pretty sorry for myself!
Please tell me it’s not just me? And if you have any tips I’d love to hear them!
