Question

Anyone else considering a meal delivery service for after baby is born? 
If you’ve used home chef or hello fresh before can you give me any feedback? I want quick, easy, and healthy meals...obviously they can’t involve a lot of prep work!

I love hello fresh. I haven’t tried he chef! But I think immediately after baby, you’ll want to have some meals prepped that you can just throw in the crock pot because you won’t have much time to stand over the stove and cook!

I'm trying some out now before baby comes but I don't think I'll be using them after the baby because they still take some time to make.

My insurance ships 6 weeks of food to me after baby and it was amazing to just have to warm up breakfast Lunch and dinner.

my husbands office sent some meal boxes when he was on paternity leave and it was sooo helpful and very thoughtful of them. we loved it! for the next baby we will for sure order some meal delivery kits since he wont be working there when the next baby comes lol

I love Sunbasket, but for the first couple of weeks I agree it’s a good idea to meal prep, especially if you’re breastfeeding because you’ll be so hungry and you’ll want food that you can easily heat up for lunch.

We use them both. We also used instacart because grocery shopping with a newborn, after a csection, in the winter and being on the 3rd floor was a no go even with my fiancée carrying the groceries
