Craving Subway. Listera risk?

Craving Subway but I know I cannot have lunch meats because of risk of listeria. What else can I order from Subway?? I heard tuna is bad because of mecury lol so I am so limited right now

I ate delis and hotdogs almost daily,
Never once warmed up the meat on the delis... my doctor was never concerned with listeria but he was concerned with all the produce recalls when I was pregnant in late summer / early fall

I eat cold sandwiches weekly. You have the same very low risk of listeria with fruits, veggies and soft serve ice cream. I eat fish, sushi- raw. I make sure in moderation bc of mercury risks.

I eat cold cuts (and Subway) about once a wk, and heated cold cuts is disgusting. You have more of a chance of getting listeria from ice cream than a sub

When I worked at Subway, my pregnant customers would just ask me to heat there deli meat in the microwave for about 20 seconds if they were not wanting the whole sandwich toasted.

Meatball! And honestly you can eat the meats they have as long as it’s all toasted! Sizzling hot!! It’ll kill the bacteria.
