Prenatal Vitamin Help
My obgyn wants me to start prenatal vitamins now while I'm still ttc. I'm on board with her plan, but I'm hoping for a recommendation or advice on the subject.
She recommends "vitaTrue Vegan and Kosher Certified Prenatal Vitamins" as her current preferred rx.
I was wondering if anyone has used this specific vitamin before. Would you recommend it? Is there a different brand I should consider?
