Has anyone traveled far at 34 weeks?

I’m going to Disney world it’s a 16 hour drive. Plan to put the seat down and lay on my side. My doctor gave me the okay to go but I’m still worried. Has anyone else traveled at that many weeks?

I flew back and forth across the country until 36 weeks, but nowhere near 16 hours. Just make sure to stop very frequently to get up and walk around as blood clots can form. Drink tons of water to stay hydrated and prevent blood clots, even if you have to stop every hour to pee, that’s perfect and you’ll be able to walk around as well. Laying on your side, or anyway other than normal, in a moving vehicle is very dangerous and puts you and your baby at risk since the seatbelt cannot function correctly.

I have not and would not.     I traveled 2 hours at 33 weeks and that was more than enough.  Plus its not worth it to me to be that far from your dr and your hospital if something goes wrong.

I traveled at 32 and delivered at 34. I wouldn’t be traveling that far if I were you. Be safe.

You need to stop at least every two hours to walk around a little bit, like previous commenter said you’re at an increased risk for a blot clot

I'd be more worried walking around Disney World😂 I love Disney World but being hot and humid and all the walking just doesnt sound fun to me. But good luck! Hope you.can enjoy it and eat a Turkey leg for me😍
As for the ride, compression socks and frequent stops.

Disney world? Its so hot there right now and you walk a ton- and 16 hr travel time??  f that at 34 wks!
