FREAKING THE FUCK OUT

So Tuesday morning wake up use the bathroom wipe and see bright red blood with two tiny clots. No bleeding on my underwear wasn't heavy. Started to freak Told my husband said it's normal that of it got heavier he'd leave work to take me to the ER. Wipped and it only got lighter didn't continue. By noon any sign of blood was gone. So here I am tonight(Thursday) me and my husband get back from the mall I go upstairs to use the bathroom and there it is again only this time lighter(light pink with a hint of red) and it didn't take up the whole toilet paper, but had one tiny clot. Been having normal cramping nothing intense or painful.... Am I freakin for no reason . I'm 7weeks 4 days have my first appointment Monday... I did call my doctor and told them about the spotting and they said to keep and eye on it,but that it's normal. This is my first pregnancy I don't know that the hell is normal...... Ugh anyone with some advice other then a miscarriage story, please. Some advice or words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated 🙏
