Concerned 😟 5 weeks 3 days

So I cut 2 acres today on a riding lawn mower and it was very bumpy. I had also been on my feet all day (I am a PE teacher). When I got in tonight, when I wiped I had a bit of pinkish discharge. Did I just overdo it and.m need to rest or should I be concerned???
