Pineapples??? Membrane sweep??

I am currently 38 weeks and 5 days... 1 cm dilated. I had a membrane sweep earlier this morning and am now eating a fresh pineapple. Can anyone tell me their experiences with naturally inducing labor... crossing my fingers something happens soon.🤞🏽🤞🏽

Shoot Chinese worked for me I ate it with both and the same night went into labor. I'd say coincidence but I think not because I ate the exact same stuff which had pineapple in so it should work lol best of luck.

Nothing helps but a sweep it several if necessary. Ask for a sweep.

Look up on YouTube. Dome people say eating a box of  jalpeno poppers . Theres also a place on your foot to massage etc.

Research says you'd have to eat something like 7 whole pineapples, core and all for the stuff to show up in your body at levels that might do something to induce labor. But eat the pineapple if it makes you feel proactive.
