Starting purée foods.
We are starting purées this month. He does so good with them! He is breastfed (exclusively pumping) and eats about 4.5-5oz every 3-4 hrs.
What is the rule here? I’m worried about over feeding him? He is already a big boy at 4 months! He wears 9-12 months clothes🐻🤷🏽♀️
