I’m 6weeks+ 5 and the only symptoms I’ve had is sore nipples, light cramping and bloating. Did other people have this and see have a healthy pregnancy?

You don’t have to have symptoms to be pregnant. Some women don’t experience symptoms their whole pregnancy.

I had the same thing and then all my symptoms went away around 8 weeks and now I'm 24 weeks along with a healthy girl. Just consider yourself one of the lucky ones 😊
