Uppababy vista as a double?

Question

Has anyone used the uppababy as a double with the bassinet on top? Do you like it? Do you have any pics of the stroller with the bassinet working on top? I have the vista and the mesa so i can use the carseat also but i wanted to know if people like it as a double with a bassinet and rumble seat?

In double mode, the vista works best with the heaviest child at the top. Even if you don’t like having the youngest at the bottom, the vista turn terribly and feels very heavy with this set up. Mine are 21 months apart. If you put the bassinet at the top, the older child has to face backward and has a bassinet in his face. It works but can’t be comfortable. My son (the older) was a terror and honestly took so much attention that I preferred having him facing me and closer anyways. The baby always slept. Same with when you use the car seat. It works best at the bottom. This keeps the stroller shorter and feel less bulky. Maybe if you’re kids are Irish twins or the oldest is very light, otherwise I see no practicality in having the lightest on top. Mine are 3 (in March) and 1 (in January) 21 and 37 pounds and I have to put the boy on top. The rumble seat weight limit is 35 pounds

Also wanted to add. I only use the vista in the car and in the mall. When I walk anywhere long distance or around my home I use my side by side jogging stroller. I have the Thule Urban Glide 2. The vista is a perfect stroller for a single child or an infant and toddler but when the kids both get older it doesn’t work as well
