11 weeks and spotting.

TMI!

So I just went to the bathroom and I had diarrhea, so there was no pushing involved. But when I wiped, and I wiped I saw blood. And I'm freaking out. This was not from my butt. I wipe my butt first and then my vagina. I already had two miscarriages before this pregnancy. Should I go to the ER, or just wait?? Idk what to do. Advise please.
