Did rice cereal help your child sleep better

I live on EU and my doc said that this is a old mith and associated with later on health issue (again not for all baby who did it but they found a significant correlation). I will wait until six month. My son is almost five and is sleeping 10 hour straight (took from his dad haha) but this is up to the child rather than to the food.

I don't think cereal did much for sleep but my lo gets hungerier sooner if i don't give her cereal during the day.

I wish 🙄 after allll my older relatives told me that’s what I had to do I finally caved and it made no difference..... I’ve just accepted the fact I’m never gonna sleep again
