Low progesterone in early pregnancy

So wendsday I start taking progesterone pills for having low levels. At a 10.6 ... The levels r supposed to be 11-44in first trimester......but my hubby is getting pretty blueballed lol...but I'm scared having sex will cause me to .jscarry because I have low levels of progesterone ....
