1st Tri Weight Loss
Hi there, first time mom here. We just found out I’m pregnant. Estimated 5 weeks. I have been trying to slim down. I wanted to lose ~20lbs for summer. Is it safe to keep running and lifting and tone up in the first trimester before my belly grows? Any other curvy moms out there experience this? I’m 5’3” and 170lbs. I’d like to be more like 150. That’s where I’m comfortable.
