Implantation or period?

So, I missed my period for the month of April. Just yesterday morning, I woke up with blood on my liner, but it was pink. Usually when I get my period, it’s much more and not... spread in different spots of my liner. (If that makes sense?) when I wiped, it was pink to brown in color. That was the only time I bled. Then this morning, blood again on my liner, same as the morning before. When I wipe, it’s pink to brown in color again - not much blood on the tissue, about the size of a quarter. Is this implantation bleeding? Or my period finally deciding to make its grand entrance?

Update: I kept watch throughout the day. Now it’s dark red, but not a continuous flow as a normal period.. no cramps. but we’ll see in the morning.
