so I've been ebf since baby born 2 days ago but now my milk has picked up/come in and my boobs feel sore and heavy and hard in places... I was told to not Express until 2 weeks so my supply will sort itself out but I'm so sore and got a 2 year old that makes it hurt even more when he knocks them accidentally... should I try expressing even just a little bit to relieve my boobs just enough they are comfortable I've not exactly got small boobs either they pretty big in general (38/40D..UK) so its making it feel even worse I wernt expecting milk to come in the fast and get bad so quickly... what do you reckon
