Back sleeper here
I usually start to fall asleep on one of my sides but then flip to my back. Anyone else similar? I am just more comfortable sleeping on my back and get better (longer) sleep! Even still at 27 weeks. I’m going to ask my doctor Friday again if this is ok as her stance has been “sleep however it’s most comfortable.” As in your body will tell you what is best. Anyone else having sleeping position anxiety? #cantsleep
