Sore breasts

I’m 8w3d today, and my breasts are still super sore! They’ve been sore since before I ever took a pregnancy test, the pregnancy was confirmed at 4w1d. My breasts hurt with my first son for a few days, maybe a week. They didn’t hurt at all with my second son. Is it considered normal for them to still be hurting?
