I did. I have bad anxiety in general lol but trust me , once it’s happening, you have your support system with you and those contractions, anxiety is the LAST thing on your mind 😂

I clicked no, meant to clicked yes lol. I was super anxious and worried beforehand. Then when it was happening, there wasn’t anything on my mind but pushing my baby out. It was a great sense of relief as I usually have always have anxiety (GAD).

I did with my first. Everyone makes labor & delivery such a scary thing. But for me, it was nothing like I thought it was going to be. Yah contractions sucked towards the very end, but I got an epidural & everything was fine. I didn't feel a thing during delivery & I pushed for MAYBE 3 minutes. My mom had very easy labors & deliveries with me & my two sisters so maybe it's generics, but I'm due in September with my second child & im not worried at all. It's normal to be afraid. Just try to remember at the end of all of it you'll get to meet the love of your life.

I was scared in my first trimester but honestly the excitement drowned it out. I also done hypnobirthing so by the time I went in to labour I was very confident and motivated. And this is coming from someone who panics getting her blood pressure taken 😅🙈

When it’s happening you won’t be thinking about anything but trying to push a giant human through your vagina. You won’t be anxious trust me lol
