What is happening to me?

Sunday marked my 12th week but I’m seeing blood Intermittently on the tissue when I wipe. Ive got no cramps. Has anyone else bled during this time and baby is safe? I went to A&E yesterday and gyno said the cervix is closed and everything is looking healthy but why am I bleeding? I’ve had a miscarriage last October and it started off like this but MC was around 8 weeks. I’ve been anxious over the last few weeks to say the least. And was over the moon when I’ve made it to 12th week until this started. My scan is scheduled this Friday. Please let me know if you’ve experienced anything like this? Please keep me in your prayers. 🙏
