Pain relief for outbreak

Kat

So I’ve been trying new things to see what really works best for me during my outbreak. I only get one maybe once or twice a year but I get ulcers that pop super easy and drain green gunk. I’ve tried apple cider vinegar and that never helped, tried tea tree oil, oregano, coconut oil. None of those ever work. I don’t take medicine since I don’t get them often. But friend recently told me the best thing that has work for her is to use very warm water mixed with sea salt was area then apply corn starch. I am on my second day of this and my sores are almost completely gone and I have very little to no pain. I apply 3 to 4 times a day. This is awesome if you want to try it to reduce time and pain. I was on day 3 of my sore when I tried this and had a massive swollen labia and groin lymph node was also swollen and tender. My lymph node is no longer swollen and my labia is only swollen a very small amount only by the sore. This is my new life saver for when I have an outbreak. Also my sores usually last for almost two weeks so seeing as that it is almost gone I’m very happy.
