Going stir crazy...help please.

From feeding my baby every two hours, me pumping every two hours and in between that time I have to cleaning bottles,pacifiers, and pump parts. How are y’all find the time to leave the house or sleep or do anything else. I feel like my house is a prison I can’t leave.
