Need some input

Hey ladies! I need some opinions. I had a faint pink line at 8dpo but the rest of the tests have been negative. I’m having all the same symptoms as when I found out I was pregnant the first time at 10 dpo. I’m super tired , headaches and nauseous everyday for no apparent reason . I’ve never gotten symptoms like that before my period. Just usually increased appetite but that’s it. What are the chances that I’m still pregnant ? Maybe all the other tests weren’t as sensitive as the first one ?
