HELP! **WARNING LONG POST**

I was pregnant in early April got bloodwork done and it came back saying my hcg was 179 so my obgyn sent me again to confirm the pregnancy with blood work but the second time I went for the bloodwork my period on April 15th and passed a lot of tissue and my hcg went down to 77. so naturally my obgyn told me to get blood work done again two weeks later on may 3rd. I get my bloodwork drawn and the next day I get the results and my hcg level is 186. I got my blood drawn again today and later in the afternoon today I started to get cramping and I went to the bathroom and passed some tissue and I only bleed when I wiped but when I got home an hour or so later I stopped bleeding. I wont get the results till after I get out of work tomorrow. I took some pregnancy tests for my piece of mind. Do these look like it's going away? The clear blue was taken 3 days ago and the other two were taken today just minutes apart. I'm so paranoid and I don't want to think I'm loosing my baby again. Has this happened to anyone?
