HELP!!!!!

Hi ladies I’m having a little crisis. I am taking 200 mg progesterone orally once a night. I called Monday to have my prescription refilled and they said they would call it in to my pharmacy. My pharmacy called my doctor to tell them that they were on back order for those but had the 100mg in stock. My doctor never called back. Finally today I got through to my doctor after hours and they said they would call in the 100mg. It is 8:00 and I have been calling my pharmacy every hour and still my doctor has not called it in. I don’t know what to do. I can’t reach my doctor and the pharmacy won’t give it to me without consent from my doctor. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Am I going to miscarry from missing one day?
