Worried about my close friend

My close friend just lost her baby she went full term but unfortunately the baby didn’t make it. I sent her a message and she replied and seemed sad but still ok at the time but now she has deleted all her social media accounts and so has her partner the dad of the baby. I want to send her a text but what if she just doesn’t want to talk about it but what if she really isn’t doing well and does somthing not good :( I’m really worried. What should I do?
