Advice please

Okay ladies my husband and myself have been trying to conceive for 2 and a half years I have been seeing a specialist this entire time I have taken clomid and letrozole and had an hsg which ended in early miscarriage of twins. Last month she told me she had done all she could do for me and was referring me to a fertility specialist. Well, I cant see her until June 6th the first day of my last cycle was April 4th. I decided to take the couple of months off and just relax before going to see the specialist well I'm late. I have taken 2 test one yesterday and one this morning. The top one is this morning and the bottom 2 is yesterday, I know I should wait a few days and test again, but what's your opinion? I'm dying to test again in the morning but I know I need to wait, also I have tender breasts, slight twinges in my stomach like muscle spasms and light cramping
