TTC while on medication

We’ just started trying to conceive our first child together we have children from previous relationships I’m 35 but suffer from unknown seizures since I was 25 and currently take medication. How hard is it going to be to for us to be able to conceive? How is the medication going to effect everything.. anything? We have an appt in a couple weeks but Just so many questions.. and wondering if anyone has been through anything similar?
