Question.... How long after you miss your period so you take a test? I’ve been putting it off since I dread the “negative” outcome but it’s 5 days overdue now....

A little backstory: it took me over 9 years to conceive my beautiful 19mo old daughter. I’ve never had a regular period in my life until I stopped my birth control back in September in hopes of conceiving baby #2. It gave me hope since my body was actually doing what it’s supposed to! However since then it has only been late by 2 days tops! I don’t “feel” pregnant but I also don’t want to feel the disappointment that’s all too familiar. 😳😒😔☹️
