I don’t know how they do it......

So my son Sebastian needs a helmet 10-12 weeks is what they are saying but can’t give me exact. My son was in the nicu so he favors one side of his head no matter how we positioned him before he got his helmet! Anyways it’s 3-4 hours with 15 min breathers for the first two days. It’s good for him but horrible for me wise. We decorated it but I don’t feel any better about him needing it. After the two days is up it’s 23 hours a day, 7 days a week and I don’t know how this is going to happen..... of course we are going to do it we want what’s best for our big guy. This just sucks. Any other mommas with doc band baby’s ? I just feel so helpless and hopeless after he just got it today. He didnt want to sleep, doesn’t want to do any of his normal things except be held. I just don’t want to feel hopeless

We decoeated his helmet with a pumpkin because that’s what his nickname is but also he was born 2 days before Halloween!
