Advice??

Question

37 weeks currently at 3cm dilated, 70% effaced, very very soft according to doctor. She says his head can’t possibly get any lower than it is until labor begins. Any similar stories? Any advice for this first time mama?

It may be closer, but some women can be effaced and dilated for weeks before labor starts. You can try all the natural ways to start labor, but coming from one of the women who have tried them all--babies will come when they're good and ready. 💓 Whatever someone tells you "worked" to start labor, is just whatever they happened to do before labor started on it's own naturally.
