Suggestions Please!

I took a frer on Tuesday and wed 9/10dpo. Both negative with FMU and I don’t want another negative. Yesterday (Wed) afternoon I had a strange twinge/twitch on my right side that I haven’t felt before and this morning Thursday on my drive to the office I was overcome with nausea (didn’t have that with my son who is now 2) ... should I just wait and see what happens with AF due Sunday? I can post both of my FRER tests but I saw nothing on them
