Carpal tunnel
Anybody having issues w carpal tunnel ? If i lay on my left side i wake up to use the bathroom and my left wrist is killing me!!! I extend my arm out so i know im not laying on my wrist. Im 33w 1 day and its been goin on for atleast 4 days now just my left wrist. I did read its common during this point of pregnancy.. any good solutions? Iv been trying to sleep more on my right side but we all know how that goes (needing to switch side to side)
