Has anyone else dreamt of miscarriage? I’ve had three dreams now and I’m only 6 weeks.

I had a miscarriage December 2018 and now I am obviously a little anxious about my current pregnancy.
I’m dreaming that I wipe and theres blood, which isn’t even how my miscarriage went, I had a missed miscarriage and a D&C. I’m sure it has to do with my anxiety. 
I just wish I’d stop having these nightmares. 😣

Yes I’ve had the same thing, it made me more worried because I tend to have telling dreams. I dreamt I got a positive frer right before I did. But so far everything is all good. I think what’s playing on our minds can show up in our dreams, especially with vivid pregnancy dreams. Try not to over analyze

I’m sorry you’re going through this. I had several nightmares like that throughout my first trimester with my current pregnancy. They did eventually stop. I felt that it was my anxiety which was absolutely horrible and is now starting to get better as I’m about to enter the third trimester. I hope yours stop soon and you have a healthy, happy pregnancy!

I had the worst nightmares about losing my daughter (and other scary stuff) when I was pregnant with her. She came through ok though. No nightmares with this pregnancy...I think because I am not as fearful this time. It is hard not to stress but try and relax. Both my daughter and now my son are rainbows...I think I've just been able to accept my losses better this pregnancy because I do have a living breathing healthy child. I will breathe easier when her brother is born but all in all I am less anxious.
