Baby fever

I don’t have any family, mom and dad are passed. No siblings... Now I have a husband and four kiddos. I literally just had my last baby 3 months ago. Now I’m wanting another. Do you think this is just baby fever or should I go for it? I really want to ttc in August, my husbands always on board as he wants a big family. I just want to push myself too much. Ugh advice? Maybe me being an only child and always wanting siblings has made me want a huge family.
