Eating habits
I’m breastfeeding and always sooooo hungry. I have been snacking all the time!!! I don’t know how to stop lol this morning I tried to be better and had apples and grapes for breakfast and just had two cheese sticks for a snack. This stuff is not cutting it for me...I want junk like my Cinnamon Toast Crunch, fruit snacks, or chips. I gained a lot of weight and I do want to be healthy but I don’t know when to start?!? My baby is only 15 days old...I don’t wanna rush in to healthy eating but then I feel guilty for eating bad. I haven’t been eating out so that’s a step in the right direction. Anyone else struggling?
